Payments, cancellation policy and refunds
When confirming your booking request, I will send you payment details. Payments will be either via bank transfer or we sort out a cash payment, which ever you prefer. I can also offer PayPal if required.
You can pay me any time from when the booking is confirmed up to 3 days after the booking is completed.
If you paid in advance of the booking and need to cancel for whatever reason, I will contact you about a refund.
Insurance
I’m insured with Pet Business Insurance for Pet Home Boarding, Pet Minding, and Pet Sitting. This covers vet costs among other things.
