Details for Types of data:

Identity Data includes first name, last name.
Contact Data includes address, email address and telephone numbers.
Financial Data includes bank account details.
Transaction Data includes details about payments to and from you.
Technical Data includes internet protocol (IP) address, User Google account information, Browser history, CSS information, Browser plug-ins, Cookies.

Note that it is the responsibility of the Client to update Loving Pet Care about changes to any of the above.

2.2 How we collect the data

a) Form submissions (Forminator Plugin)

We use the Forminator plugin to manage forms on our Website. When you fill out a form, we may collect:

Your name
Email address
Message content
Other fields relevant to the form’s purpose

Forminator also tracks anonymous data such as form views, button clicks, and submission rates to help improve performance. This data is not linked to personal information and is used for internal analysis only.

b) User reviews (Site Reviews Plugin)

If you submit a review via our Website, we collect the following data:

Your name (displayed publicly)
Your email address (used for verification, not displayed)
Review content (publicly visible)
Date of submission (publicly visible)
Your IP address may also be logged for moderation or spam protection purposes, it is not shared or used for profiling.

This data is stored securely and is not used for marketing purposes. We manually moderate reviews to prevent spam and may remove any content that violates our guidelines.

c) Google reCAPTCHA

To protect our forms from spam and abuse, we use Google reCAPTCHA, which may collect information about your device and interaction with the form (e.g., IP address, mouse movements, browser type). This data is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

A backup sitter. Loving Pet Care will double check with you first before doing so.
